Return Policy:
WHAT We Accept:
- Clothing. Unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise. Tags must be attached.
- Shoes. Unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise. Tags must be attached.
WHAT We DO NOT Accept:
- Sale merchandise. This includes: anything not sold at full price or where a discount code is used (flash sale, Black Friday sales, etc).
- Accessories and gift items. This includes: books, stuffed animals, toys, jewelry, dolls, and any sort of non-clothing item.
- Custom or embroidered goods. This includes any monogrammed item; clothing and accessories alike.
WHEN Do We Accept:
- Returns accepted within 15 days of purchase will be refunded in the form of the original payment.
- Returns accepted between 15-30 days of purchase will be issued a store credit in the amount of the current selling price.
- No Returns are accepted past 30 days of purchase.
All sale items are FINAL SALE - no exceptions!
Exchange Policy:
Should you need a different size, we will happily exchange any unworn and unwashed merchandise. Item must be identical. Tags must be attached.
Did you know that we are one of the few children's boutiques that offers refunds?!
But since we do, we have to stand firm by our policy and cannot diverge.
