Personalized items cannot be refunded as each item is “made to order”. Please make sure that you have checked over the initials, spellings, color choices and fonts before submitting your order. If you are unhappy with an item that has not been personalized, please email us to discuss your options. We are happy to exchange it for another item in our store or give you a store credit to use at a later date. In the event that a mistake is made by Miss Lillie Designs, we will replace the incorrect item, correcting our mistake.
